After recovering from my own health challenges using food as medicine I became passionate about educating and empowering families toward living a real food lifestyle. That's why I've worked hard to become Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition and launch my own functional health business.
Today, I’m building a community to bring together women seeking holistic solutions for their health so we can share stories and resources in a judgment-free, heart-centered space as we journey to better health together.
I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach helping women discover if their plates are too full OR just filled with things that don’t nurture, bring joy, and inspire them. I transformed a life-altering health experience into an integrative health center and coaching business designed to improve health for all.
My authenticity and a true desire to help people be happy, healthy, and whole is what guides my work. I speak from the heart and share my passion for mindfulness and spiritual connection in all aspects of life, from our food to our thoughts to our relationships.
